In-home Multiples Support Package
Becoming Maternity's In-Home Multiples Support Package is designed to assist parents of multiples during the exciting and challenging first weeks after the birth of their babies. Whether you are breastfeeding or pumping to provide your babies with breast milk, our registered nurse/lactation consultant can provide you and your family with professional support to help ease your transition into parenting your babies.
Our program provides “multiple” benefits to new parents and babies including:
• in-home weight checks for your babies
• postpartum adjustment support for new moms
• assistance in establishing your breast milk supply
• advice on pumping and introducing bottles
• help with establishing sleep and baby care routines
• written update to your babies’ physician and/or your family physician
The cost of this package is $1200 and includes:
1. Private prenatal assessment and planning consult at our centre
2. Weekly home visit and follow up call by your consultant for the first three weeks
3. Two support group meetings
4. Private follow up appointment at our centre when your babies are between 4 and 6 weeks
