Our refund/cancellation policy is as follows:

Classes are fully refundable within the first 24 hours of registration. After 24 hours, classes are non-refundable. However, up to one week before the start of your class, and subject to availability, you may transfer to another class by calling our centre. If the fee for the new class is lower, you will receive a credit for the balance that you may apply toward other classes offered by us. If the fee for the new class is higher, we would request you pay the difference at the time of transfer.
   
One-on-one consulting and counselling sessions may be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours in advance. Missed consulting or counselling sessions, or those cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, will be charged the full fee.
   
Exceptions to our refund/cancellation policy based on medical reasons will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will require written confirmation from your medical provider.
   
If any class or seminar is cancelled by us (due to instructor illness, inclement weather or otherwise), we will extend remaining sessions (if any) or schedule a make-up session to ensure you receive the full benefit of the curriculum.
