This evening series meets weekly for 3 weeks and provides a wealth of information to prepare you for your birth experience, including:

• What to expect during labour and birth
• Basic relaxation and labour breathing techniques
• Role of the partner in labour support
• Latest research on epidurals and pain management
• Possible medical interventions including caesarian birth.

Classes are kept small to ensure all material is covered thoroughly and questons can be answered.
