This Mom and Baby group is a great way to meet new friends, share your challenges, and gain information and support! Each expert-led weekly class involves interactive discussion of interest to moms with growing babies: sleep and napping concerns, parenting styles and discipline, motor development, work-life balance, nutrition and solids, safety concerns and baby proofing, schedules, time management, and more. Safe, developmentally appropriate toys are available for the little ones. Enjoy the camaraderie of other moms as you watch your babies start warming up to the world!
