Prenatal Yoga
Many pregnant women have found that the gentle stretches, movements and poses of prenatal yoga helps them maintain and enhance their strength, muscle tone and agility and reduce pelvic, back and other discomforts associated with pregnancy. Our highly qualified instructor offers a warm and supportive class, open to women in all stages of pregnancy and levels of fitness. Prior yoga experience is not required.
Time: We offer two classes on Monday nights, one at 6pm and the other at 7:15pm. Preregistration required, call the centre at 416-440-4020 to register.
Cost: 10 classes for $162 for members ($180 for non-members); 5 classes for $85.50 for members ($95 non-members). Try your first class for $15.
