Comprehensive Birth Series

This great series gives you all of information you need on birth and taking care of your baby.
We offer this series as a 2-day workshop or a 4-week series. For the 2- day option you may space the course out over two different weekends.
This program provides a wealth of information, including:

  • Basic relaxation and labour breathing techniques
  • Role of the partner in labour support
  • Latest research on epidurals and pain management
  • What to expect during labour and birth
  • Possible medical interventions including caesarean birth
  • Safety Issue incl. SIDS, co-sleeping, and car seats
  • Newborn appearance and behaviour
  • Bathing, Dressing, and Diapering your baby
  • Breastfeeding need-to-knows such as: establishing & maintaining your milk supply.
  • Understanding your baby's feeding cues & feeding patterns.
This Workshop Will be offered in Mandarin at our Thornhill location
