Comprehensive Birth Preparation

Our Comprehensive Birth Preparation course is an intensive program offering a thorough exploration of the birth process. This relaxed and interactive workshop goes above and beyond the standard prenatal class, providing you with all the information you need to take ownership of your birth experience. If you are wondering about medication options during labour or if you are considering a natural childbirth, this class is essential.

This is the ideal program to build confidence in your ability to respond to your body’s cues during birth. You and your partner will leave this program ready to work together as active participants in the birth of your baby.

Evening Option – Series of five classes held on Tuesday evenings from 7–9:30 pm.  Next available class begins January 22nd.
