Intensive Birth Preparation Workshop

Becoming Maternity offers a convenient full-day class, popular with busy couples that do not want an extended series of prenatal classes. This condensed program provides a wealth of information, including:

• Basic relaxation and labour breathing techniques
• Role of the partner in labour support
• Latest research on epidurals and pain management
• What to expect during labour and birth
• Possible medical interventions including caesarean birth

The program is offered on a Saturday or Sunday (9:00 am-4 pm).
