This class is designed to help expectant parents create a baby-friendly environment and an environment-friendly baby. Parents will have an opportunity to consider parenting choices rather than reacting to the latest media headlines.

In this session, a parenting expert will discuss green baby tips and strategies:

• Understanding the "Fourth Trimester" and baby brain development;
• Avoid the collection of "must have" but "never used" baby gear and products;
• Creating a baby-friendly nursery and home;
• Elimination communication: how to get rid of diapers sooner!
• The germ theory, antibiotics, immune systems and allergies.

This class will complement, but not replace a basic baby care class.
