8 Week Prenatal Pilates Series  

Strengthen your body and maintain muscle tone during pregnancy with our eight week pregnancy pilates class.  Join our certified pregnancy pilates instructor who will help you safely and effectively create a stronger body to cope with the physical changes whilst developing safe posture.   In addition to stregthening and toning, you will learn to move consciously--using your breath to revitalize and energize--a huge asset during and after childbirth. Pilates movements also begin and isolate the centre, helping you focus on those muscles necessary for labor and delivery.
