Postnatal Pilates 8 Week Series  

Pilates helps to restrengthen abdominal muscles, increase circulation and redevelop muscle strength flexibility after pregnancy.  Join our certified pre and postnatal pilates instructor for this eight week series to help you get your core back.  Our instructor will help you develop a flatter stomach and better posture while carrying your baby.

Although babies are not incorporated into the poses, you may bring your baby to class if you wish.

Time: Wednesdays at 2:45pm beginning January 10th, call the Centre to reserve your spot.
