Mom and Baby Fitness

This baby friendly fitness class allows mom to get a great workout and attend to baby’s needs at any time.  Each class provides a full body workout: cardio, muscular endurance, core work and flexibility.  Benefit from increased energy and strength, improved posture, and a stronger core.  This is also a great opportunity to connect with other new moms. Women should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6 weeks for caesareans).  All fitness levels are welcome.  This class is designed for babies who are not yet crawling

Time: Next 14 week session begins Fridays at 2:30pm beginnning September 5th.

Cost:   $215 for members, $240 for non-members
